These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and whisc inc., a South Dakota corporation, doing business as Subreddar (“Subreddar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Subreddar. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or guardian.
Subreddar monitors publicly available Reddit content based on keywords you provide. We do not access private Reddit communities, private accounts, or private messages. Subreddar is not affiliated with Reddit Inc.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Agencies may manage multiple clients only under the Agency plan. Reselling Subreddar under any other plan is not permitted.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass Reddit limitations, distribute harmful content, scrape private data, or interfere with our systems.
Subreddar’s software, branding, and content remain our property. You may share screenshots with attribution ("Source: Subreddar").
We may update or modify the Service at any time. Material changes may be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
Subreddar is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee detection of all mentions or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subreddar’s liability will not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months of your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.
