Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and whisc inc., a South Dakota corporation, doing business as Subreddar (“Subreddar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Subreddar. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

Subreddar monitors publicly available Reddit content based on keywords you provide. We do not access private Reddit communities, private accounts, or private messages. Subreddar is not affiliated with Reddit Inc.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Electronic Communications

Service Emails

By creating a Subreddar account, you agree that we may send you electronic communications relating to your account and the Service. These may include account invitations, password and security notices, billing communications, service announcements, support responses, and Reddit mention alerts.

You may manage optional mention-alert emails through your account settings. Essential account, billing, security, and administrative messages may still be sent while your account remains active.

SMS Messaging Program

SMS alerts are optional and require separate consent. If you opt in, you authorize whisc inc. dba Subreddar to send automated text messages to the mobile telephone number you provide. Messages may include Reddit mention alerts, account notices, security messages, billing notices, and requested support communications.

An SMS opt-out applies only to text messages. It does not cancel your subscription or automatically disable email and in-app notifications. We may send one final message confirming your SMS opt-out.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You agree to promptly update or remove the number if it is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer under your control.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, filtering, network conditions, and other circumstances outside Subreddar’s control.

Subreddar may change the telephone number, messaging provider, or short-link domain used for the program. We may suspend messaging to protect users, satisfy provider requirements, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable law.

5. Agency Use

Agencies may manage multiple clients only under the Agency plan. Reselling Subreddar under any other plan is not permitted.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass Reddit limitations, distribute harmful content, scrape private data, or interfere with our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

Subreddar’s software, branding, and content remain our property. You may share screenshots with attribution ("Source: Subreddar").

We may update or modify the Service at any time. Material changes may be communicated via email or dashboard notification.

11. Disclaimer

Subreddar is provided “as-is” without warranties. We do not guarantee detection of all mentions or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subreddar’s liability will not exceed the amount paid in the previous 12 months of your subscription.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.
